Creating a formula based on certificates and knowledge

Based on information from the customer, we develop a formula that is tested both at our implementation laboratory and by the customer. We have the necessary certificates – ISO 22716 and IFS HPC, guaranteeing safe production that complies with the highest European standards. The formula is tested,  refined if needed and then accepted and implemented. During testing, we ask customers to fill out surveys that allow to objectively evaluate the formula. An important element of contract cosmetics production is the use of highest quality raw materials from trusted suppliers. The formula development stage is under the strict control of technologists. Before the formulas are approved, they undergo dermatological and microbiological tests that confirm the safety of their use and allow the cosmetics to be placed on the market.

Cosmetics produced under contract manufacturing go through many stages. One of them is support in the area of branding, i.e. creating a logo, visual identity and label. We offer support by a graphic designer, who will create a design for all elements of visual identity, suggesting a unique font and graphic concept suitable to the industry, in line with the spirit of the brand, and tailored to the product’s target group. Graphic production support also includes packaging visualization, allowing you to see the product before it is manufactured.

Assistance in documentation and the product registration process

We provide valuable support in the field of cosmetic documentation and registration. All cosmetics made by us during the private label cosmetics production can be registered for sale in the EU, which helps in their distribution on European markets. At our customers’ request, we prepare the necessary documentation and register the product at the CPNP portal.
