The certificate was created in order to ensure the proper testing of products and manufacturing processes in companies dealing with the production of household and personal care products. The purpose of the certificate is to support quality management during contract production in the areas of: traceability, risk management or corrective action. The introduction of the certificate enabled the creation of a uniform assessment system and transparency in production and the supply chain. Compliance with the standards resulting from the IFS HPC certificate when producing cosmetics under own brand or contract manufacturing of medical devices has a beneficial effect on reducing costs and time for suppliers, and increasing consumer confidence in the product. By implementing procedures based on this standard, we create the highest quality products that comply with legal standards and are completely safe. Our procedures during the production of perfumes on request or the production of cosmetics under our own brand are regularly audited and confirmed by a certificate of the reputable certification body TÜV Rheinland.
Our medical devices production process have been awarded the prestigious ISO 13485:2016 standard, which sets standards for quality management in contract manufacturing of medical devices. The certificate sets out strict requirements including: carrying out design analysis at every stage of product development, risk management, and maintaining detailed documentation. We meet these standards, and our production of medical devices is based on the ISO: 13485:2016 standard confirming safety, which is extremely important for consumers.
The third of the certificates is ISO 22716:2012, which relates to maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety during contract production of perfumes or the production of cosmetics under own brand. At Adex, we have developed procedures that meet the certification guidelines, including compliance of the product with the specification approved by the customer and eliminating the risk of mixing produced batches. Complying with the certification standards, our products are fully traceable, and both the production of custom perfumes and the production of cosmetics under our own brand is completely safe. The procedures we have implemented have been confirmed by the certificate of the prestigious auditing company TÜV Rheinland.
